The Challenge: The development in Queensland is a steel-frame residential complex that comprises 39 apartments across five levels. Our brief was to supply a scalable hot water system that would serve each apartment individually without the need for bulky storage tanks, or a centralised plant room. We needed to come up with a solution that would be space and energy efficient, as well as meeting compliance requirements, all while supporting planned staged delivery across two construction phases.
